Summer Solstice is the time of the year when we, in the northern hemisphere, reach the peak point of summer with the most light (the longest days) and the highest creative energy. It is time for ecstatic celebrations, outdoor fires, ceremonies and rituals which honour the sun, the plenty and lushness on the earth, the abundant gifts in our lives. This time is an opportunity to celebrate ourselves, the path we walk on and our successes as well as our failures because the later teaches us resilience and how to be victorious.

Embraced by the rhythms of sacred sounds we will celebrate this time through dance, fire, sacred tea ceremony, shamanic journey, meditation, reflection, intention setting and sharing circle.

You will be guided into a deep, relaxing, healing and grounding embodied journey into the energies of the Summer Solstice, the teacher plant we work with and the stories of the land which include your own story. You will have the opportunity  to go deep within yourself and align with your own cycles, needs & hearts desires.

The main teacher plant we will connect to and allow ourselves to be be guided by is Mugwort.

She is a powerful healer who works in the realm of dreams, spirits and visions, who will guide us back to the wisdom of the inner space, to the feminine, intuitive, introspective and lunar principle.

This lady of the Moon is the perfect spirit plant to guide us through the Summer Solstice portal. It is mildly psychoactive and it stimulates lucid dreaming & remembering your dreams when you wake up. It is highly revered in many cultures as a plant which bridges the gap between the seen and unseen worlds. Amongst its spiritual/psychic properties, this lady has incredible medicinal effects on the body which you will learn about in the ceremony in more detail.

The ceremonies I conduct are not religious, they are inclusive of all. Regardless of your background, experience, spiritual or religious beliefs, you are welcome as long as there is openness & willingness to receive the experience.
